Negotiationis Progressio also had the distinct honor of gaining experience under the legendary JW Stokes, who served as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s financial advisor for Operation Bread Basket, a cornerstone of the civil rights movement. Through JWH Financial Services LLC—born from JW Holding Group and Associates Inc., the first African American Prime Vendor for the Department of Defense— Negotiationis Progressio was exposed to a legacy of excellence in government procurement. JWHGA, a former Prime Vendor for the DOD, DLA, and DSCP, earned national recognition by outpacing industry giants like Sysco and US Foods, generating over $250M in revenue and winning #1 Prime Vendor in America three years in a row.
